Yes, we have a large workshop with the newest tecnology from the company Reichmann. Our fully trained ski technicians offer every kind of service you require.
You can bring your equipment in after skiing and pick up the next morning freshly prepared.
No problem, any time.
For 10 percent of the rental costs we offer a risk contribution which covers loss and breakages of the equipment. If you do not have this you have to pay for the value of the equipment.
Yes, you simply pay the difference when you return the equipment that has been rented longer. If you return earlier we will give you money back.
You can pick up the equipment between 15.00 hr and 18.00 hr the day before which will enable you to have a relaxed fast start to your fist ski day.
You don`t have to leave anything. In order to rent equipment we need you to show us a valid passport or identity card.
In our shop you will receive professional, individual advice and you are in the best hands with us. You will definatly go out with the correct equipment.
Of course, we have a top actual ski and board rental. You have the choice to reserve your equipment or just drop on by. If you reserve online 24 hours before pick up you will receive 10% reduction on the normal price.
A refund of the ticket price is only possible in case of injury or illness with a medical certificate. With an online booking cancellation insurance a free cancellation is possible 24 hours before course begin. With a cancellation less than 24 hours we will charge 100% of the total amount.
By fewer participants the course times will be shortened as follows:
1 person 90 minutes
2 persons 120 minutes
3 persons the full 3 hours
The group lessons and private lessons are generally in German. However all our teachers speak English and can teach in both languages.
Our group lessons take place daily. You can start any day.
Our experience is that children after 4 years old have the necessary strengh and motorik which will enable them to learn this sport quickly with lots of fun. Regarding snowboarding it is better for children after 8 years old.
If your children are younger and you want to introduce them to the sport gently, we advice a private teacher.
It makes sense to take the lessons on consecutive days as the program is build up day after day. In case you cannot take the lessons daily you might have to change to another group depending on the development of the group.
We have a maximum of 8 persons in a group.
The skipass is not included and can be bought at the various cablecar stations. For more information about prices: http//zugspitze.de/de/winter/preise/garmisch-classic/skifahrer.
For absolute beginners you can buy a pass for the beginners area in our skischool office or at the the cablecar stations.
We will give you the correct advice regarding your pass in the office.
For group lessons we meet at 09.00 ready to start every morning at our meeting point 30 meters underneath the Hausberg cablecar station in the valley. There you will find a blue sign with the name „Sammelplatz Skischule Zugspitze-Grainau“.
The private teacher can also be met at our meeting point or according to the arrangement.
Generally the group lessons are in the Garmisch Classic Skiarea. When the Garmisch Classic Area closes and we have enough participants we go with our groups on the Zugspitze.
If you register for private lessons you can decide personally if you want to go to the Garmisch Classic Area or on the Zugspitze.
If you book online, you can make the complete payment procedure online (Visacard, Mastercard, Paypal, Googlepay).
If you did not book online you pay in our office before the course starts in cash, EC-card or credit card.
